I can't find my tracking number
Your tracking number is included in the dispatch confirmation email we sent when your
LiveLife alarm shipped. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from
LiveLife Alarms. If you still can't find it, call us on 1800 936 774.
When will my alarm arrive?
LiveLife ships via Free Express Delivery Australia-wide. Most metro orders arrive
within 1–2 business days of dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take 3–5
business days.
My alarm hasn't arrived yet
If your order is showing as "In transit" for more than 5 business days, please
contact our support team and we'll chase it up with the courier on your behalf.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address — call us straight away
on 1800 936 774. Once it's with the courier, address changes may not be possible.
