Performing Regular Tests of Your LiveLife Mobile Alarm Pendant
Like other electronic devices, it's important to conduct regular checks of your alarm to make sure it's working correctly. We suggest a monthly health check which includes the following:
Check the Green Light
Look for the "green" light on your alarm flashing once quickly every 3 seconds. This confirms you have a connection to the mobile network.
Test Two-Way Voice
Ask a relative or friend to call your alarm. You can answer in hands-free, two-way voice to make sure you can hear and be heard clearly.
Test the SOS Button
Click or hold the SOS/Heart button until you hear the voice prompt. Click the middle SOS/Heart button again to cancel the emergency call and text sequence.
Inspect for Damage
Check your alarm for any obvious signs of damage. Make sure the four brass discs on the back of the alarm are bright and shiny for proper charging.
