Calls up to 6 emergency contacts automatically
Press the SOS/Heart button and the pendant automatically calls your chosen contacts, one
after the other, until someone answers. The wearer talks and listens hands-free through the
pendant. Works everywhere in Australia with available mobile coverage.
Sends help text messages to 6 contacts
As well as calling, the pendant sends a help text message to each contact. The message can
include up to 100 characters of information like medical details, medication, and where to
find a spare key.
GPS location sent to emergency contacts
Each help text message contains a link to Google Maps with the pendant location. GPS location
accuracy is typically within a few metres, similar to most modern smartphones.
Option to include 000 as an emergency contact
If you wish, you can make '000' one of your emergency contacts for the help call. The
wearer's name and address are registered to assist emergency services.
Automatic speakerphone mode
Hands-free communication through the in-built microphone and speakerphone with clear, high
quality audio. The pendant automatically calls and answers in speakerphone mode.
Side talk button for quick calls
At any time the wearer can press the top side talk button and make a call to a nominated
contact using speakerphone mode. By default this is contact number 1.
Family & friends can call the pendant
Anyone with the pendant's number can call it directly and talk to the wearer through the
in-built speaker and microphone. The Live Life Alarm answers automatically in speakerphone
mode.
Text the pendant to request its location
Send a simple text message to the pendant and you will receive a reply text showing the
wearer's location on Google Maps via Bluetooth, GPS or WiFi.
Change contacts anytime
Any of the emergency contacts can be changed at any time. The Mobile Alarm's contacts can be
easily changed by sending simple text messages to its mobile phone number.
Fall detection alerts
If a fall is detected, the
pendant announces
a warning and only contacts help if the wearer does not cancel the alert.
The Mobile Alarm has a Geo Fencing feature that sends warning text messages if the wearer
strays outside a defined area such as 200 metres or 500 metres. Ideal for people with
dementia.
Program via text messages
After you receive your Mobile Alarm you can change settings and turn features on and off
by
sending simple text messages to the pendant's mobile phone number.
Showerproof & dust resistant
The Mobile Alarm is showerproof so it can be worn in the shower or the rain. It is also
dustproof and can be used in dusty or rugged locations with care.
Convenient charging station
The included charging station allows the wearer to pop it in when it needs to be
recharged,
usually every 4–5 days depending on use. A voice announces
"your LiveLife alarm is charging"
when placed in the station.
