Delivery policy

Orders placed before 1:00 pm AEST are usually dispatched the same business day, provided we have all required programming information. Orders placed after 1:00 pm AEST, or those awaiting programming details, are dispatched the next business day.

All LiveLife Alarms are sent free of charge via Australia Post Express.

If your order is urgent, please call our Sales Team on 1800 936 774 option 1 and we’ll do our best to assist.

After placing your order online, you’ll receive an email confirmation from eWAY or PayPal with your order details. We normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes.

Once your alarm has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If no one is available at the delivery address, Australia Post will notify you by SMS or email with parcel collection details. Your order will then be available for pickup at your local post office.
