Mobile alarm delivery policy
You should expect your Live Life Alarm to be shipped with Australia Post Express within 4-5 business days of your order, however, we will try our best to send your alarm sooner if we can.If your order is urgent, please call our Sales Team on 1800 936 774 option 1. LiveLife Alarms will send your goods free via Australia Post ‘EParcel’.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
A tracking number will be supplied via email upon dispatch. If no-one is at the delivery address at the time, Australia Post should send you SMS or email with details about the parcel pickup. The parcel will be then made available for collection at the local post office.
